Hi all...
Well here it is... this baby I've been working on since I started the tank girl piece over a week ago!

It's Psycho Mantis by the way and it's 100% photoshop :D I used a reference from an old crusty post card my pen friend sent me, She knew I loved Psycho Mantis to pieces, for this piece so this is more fan art then anything else... I wonder how she is though!?

The fading technique used for Pyscho Mantis *aah, gas-masked wanderers, how I cannot disobey thee* is VERY effective, as the style calls. By so, the lighting effects are magnified greatly and add much to the image *likes how the coat highlights melt into the background. The "airy" or more so levitated pose is wonderful too.
I can't think much of any critizm *bah to my spelling!* to state. The darkness of the bottom tiles do stand out a bit more than Mantis himself, but it really gives that shaded shadow feel. So ^_^ " Van-durful" as I must say and have expected from your previous works~ I most certainly hope to see more b/w from you >_< Its so nice to find B/w artists again :w00t: *ninja AWAY!*

Thanx dude, I'm hoping to do something like this of my brother or myself. Though, I can't think of anything more hardcore then a rain coat and a gas mask :|

Got plenty more B&W stuff heading to DA in the next couple of months so, you can look forward to that ^_^
